We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any commission presented to us, without the obligation to provide any justification. Such refusal may be based on any reason we deem valid, including but not limited to commercial, legal, or ethical considerations.Handmade Products
All of our products are handmade, and may display slight imperfections or variations in appearance, despite the care and attention we invest during the crafting process. These are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the uniqueness and charm of handcrafted goods.Progress Inquiries
We will not respond to inquiries about the progress of commissions, as the Masterlist page available on our social media channels provides regularly all relevant information and status updates regarding your order.Processing Time
All commissions are custom-made and processed in the order they are received. Please place a commission only if you are comfortable with a waiting period, as the completion time may vary depending on the current workload. Patience and understanding are required.Reference and Revision
Ensure that you provide the most complete and accurate reference materials at the time of placing your commission, as only these files will be used to produce the doll. No character changes, revisions or modifications will be accepted once production has begun.Shipping Schedule
We ship all orders on a monthly basis. Shipments will be dispatched once per calendar month, and we will ensure that all packages are shipped within the designated month. You acknowledge that shipments will not occur more frequently than once per month, and any orders placed will be processed and shipped in the next available monthly shipment cycle.Shipping Policy
All shipments will include a tracking number, which can be verified and tracked directly on the UPS website. The tracking information will be provided by us directly to your active email, therefore it is your responsibility to check the status of your package using the UPS tracking system.Customs Duties and Taxes
We are not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may arise during the importation process or upon delivery of the goods. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to cover any such costs.No Refunds or Returns Policy

All personal information shared between the buyer and us shall remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), buyers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time. Upon such a request, we will permanently delete all related information from our records.Changes to Terms
