My products are strictly not intended for children. They may pose potential inhalation or choking hazards. Please use with caution and ensure that all products are kept out of reach of children at all times. I disclaim all liability for any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use.Right to Refuse Commission
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to refuse any commission request without the obligation to provide justification or response. Refusal may be based on any reason deemed valid, including but not limited to commercial, legal, or ethical considerations.Handmade Products
All products are handmade and may display slight imperfections or natural variations in appearance despite the utmost care invested in their creation. These are not considered defects, but rather characteristics that contribute to the uniqueness of handcrafted work. Slightly visible threads and/or lines, minor asymmetry, and small glue marks beneath fabric layers are not regarded as flaws.Production Methods
All plush commissions are created using techniques, materials, and construction methods that fall within my personal area of expertise and comfort. I am not required to replicate unfamiliar methods, experiment with unknown techniques, or adopt processes that differ significantly from my established workflow.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept that the creation process will follow my artistic style, technical knowledge, and production standards.Handmade Nature and Material Reality
By placing a commission, you acknowledge that you are ordering a handmade creation crafted by hand, not a digital render. I will do my best to match the colors, fabrics, and threads shown in your references. However, some colors or materials displayed on screen may not exist physically or may not be commercially available, and screen calibration may alter color perception. Small variations are an inherent part of handmade work. Commissions are therefore best suited for clients comfortable with these natural differences.Facial Embroidery Limitations
Due to the small scale of facial embroidery, certain details may be too intricate or complex to reproduce accurately. Designs may therefore be adapted or simplified into a chibi-style aesthetic to preserve overall visual quality. Chibigurumi faces will follow classic nui design conventions similar to those produced by Banpresto. I do not create drastically different facial styles.Important Details Disclosure
All important design elements, preferences, or requirements must be clearly specified and discussed prior to payment when submitting the commission form, including within the “Anything else I need to know” field.
This includes, but is not limited to: specific colors, fabrics, embroidery styles, accessories, proportions, expressions, or any detail that may significantly affect the final design.
By completing payment, you confirm that all relevant information has been disclosed and approved. Any new details or changes introduced after payment may be refused or subject to additional fees depending on feasibility and production stage.Communication
All interactions must be conducted with basic courtesy, respect, and timely responses. I reserve the right to refuse service, discontinue communication, or decline future orders in cases of inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.Updates
Depending on the doll type ordered, you will be asked to approve:• Face and clothing preview for Chibigurumi
• Face, clothing, and scrunchie preview for Scrunchie Chibigurumi
• Face preview for Sitting NunuThree (3) revision rounds are included at no extra cost for these previews. Any additional revision requests beyond these three rounds will incur a fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total commission price, regardless of the scope of the change. These are the only direct updates provided. Remaining progress updates will be documented via the Masterlist prior to the final product reveal.Progress Inquiries
Please refer to the real-time order status on the Masterlist page. I do not respond to individual progress inquiries beyond the updates outlined above. The Masterlist is accessible via my social media platforms and updated regularly.Response required
Failure to respond to required business inquiries for more than one (1) full working month will result in the order being considered abandoned and cancelled without refund.Processing Time
All commissions are custom-made and processed in the order received. Completion time varies depending on workload. Please commission only if you are comfortable with a waiting period. I am the sole owner and worker of this business; patience and understanding are appreciated.Reference and Revision
Please provide the most complete and accurate references when placing your order, as only these materials will be used for production. No character changes will be accepted once production has begun. Post-completion revisions requiring reworking any part of the doll will be billed according to the working hours required, with prior notice provided.Shipping Policy
All shipments include tracking, added to your PayPal invoice. It is your responsibility to monitor shipment status via UPS.
The shipping address provided must be final and accurate. Address modifications, redirections, or pickup point changes requested through UPS may incur additional fees, which remain your responsibility. Unpaid fees outstanding beyond sixty (60) days may be referred to a collection agency.Customs Duties and Taxes
I am not liable for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Buyers agree to comply with all applicable laws and cover any such costs.No Refunds or Returns Policy
Refunds and returns are not permitted under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy without exception.Delivery Responsibility
For delivery issues, please contact UPS directly, as they are best equipped to assist you. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier; however, I will assist in filing claims when applicable.Attribution
You may not claim authorship or imply that you created my work, in whole or in part. Any reproduction or commercial use of my plush creations is strictly prohibited and will be pursued in accordance with European intellectual property laws.Use of Images
I reserve the right to use photos of completed commissions for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise before or during production.Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal information shared will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required. In accordance with GDPR, buyers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time. Upon request, all related data will be permanently erased from my records.Terms Acknowledgment
By checking the “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service” box, you confirm full understanding and acceptance of all policies. Failure to read the Terms does not exempt you from compliance. Any violation may result in service refusal, order cancellation, or permanent refusal of future commissions.Cancellation for Breach of Terms or Inappropriate Conduct
I reserve the right to cancel any commission in the event of Terms violations or inappropriate conduct.
If cancellation occurs due to client breach, payments made up to that point are non-refundable, as they compensate for time, labor, and materials already allocated.Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
