My products are strictly not intended for children. They may pose potential risks of inhalation or choking hazards. Use with caution and ensure that products are kept out of reach of children at all times. I disclaim all liability for any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use.Right to Refuse Commission
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to refuse any commission presented to me, without the obligation to provide any justification or response. Such refusal may be based on any reason I deem valid, including but not limited to commercial, legal, or ethical considerations.Handmade Products
All of my products are handmade, and may display slight imperfections or variations in appearance, despite the care and attention I invest during the crafting process. These are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the uniqueness and charm of handcrafted goods. Slightly visible threads or/and lines, minor asymmetry and small glue marks under fabric layers are not regarded as flaws.Communicating with me
All interactions with me must be conducted with basic courtesy and mutual respect. I reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue communication in cases of inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior; such conduct may result in permanent blacklisting without refund.Updates
Depending on the type of doll you chose, you will be asked to approve:

These will be the only updates I provide directly. All remaining details will be clearly outlined in the Masterlist, before I show you a picture of the finished product.Progress Inquiries
Please make sure to check the real-time order status on the Masterlist page. I will not respond to individual inquiries about commission progress beyond the updates mentioned above. The Masterlist is available through my social media channels and is updated regularly with all relevant information and status changes regarding your order.Response needed
If you fail to respond to required business inquiries for more than one full working month, your order will be considered abandoned and cancelled without refund.Processing Time
All commissions are custom-made and processed in the order they are received. Please place a commission only if you are comfortable with a waiting period, as the completion time may vary depending on the current workload. Patience and understanding are required, as I am the only owner and worker of this small business.Reference and Revision
Ensure that you provide the most complete and accurate reference materials at the time of placing your commission, as only these files will be used to produce the doll. No character changes will be accepted once production has begun. Up to 2 revisions are allowed after completion. Revisions that require redoing any part of the order will be billed based on the number of working hours needed, and you will be informed beforehand.Shipping Policy
All shipments will include a tracking number, which can be verified and tracked directly on the UPS website. The tracking information will be provided by me directly to your active email, therefore it is your responsibility to check the status of your package using the UPS tracking system.Customs Duties and Taxes
I am not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may arise during the importation process or upon delivery of the goods. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to cover any such costs.No Refunds or Returns Policy

You are strictly prohibited from claiming authorship or implying that you created or produced my work, in whole or in part. Any reproduction or commercial use of my plush creations is strictly prohibited and will be pursued in accordance with European intellectual property laws.Use of Images
I reserve the right to use photos of the completed commission for promotional purposes on my social media platforms and other marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise before or during production.Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal information shared between you and me shall remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), buyers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time. Upon such a request, I will permanently delete all related information from my records.Changes to Terms
